አክሎግ ቢራራ (ዶር) ክፍል ሁለት የጦረንቱ ዋና መሰረት ስርዓቱ ነው። የዚህ ሰፊ ትንተና ዋና አላማ ያለውን ሰው ሰራሹን የዘውግ መከፋፈልና ጥላቻ (Ethnic division and polarization) ለማጠናከርና ለማባባስ አይደለም። ኢትዮጵያዊያን የዘውግ ጎራ ለይተው እርስ በእርሳቸው እየተገዳደሉ፤ በቂም በቀል እየተጨፋጨፉ፤ የሰሩትን እያፈራረሱ፤ ወጣቱን ትውልድ ተስፋ እያስቆረጡ፤ የጥፋት ስራቸውን ከኢትዮጵያ የውጭ ጠላቶች ጋር አብረው እየዶለቱ ወዘተ ኢትዮጵያ ከኋላ-ቀርነትና ከድህነት አሮንቃ ራሷን ነጻ ለማውጣት የምትችልበት ሁኔታ አይታየኝም። እትዮጵያ ስንት እድሎች አጋጥመዋት ሳትጠቀምባቸው ቀርታለች? ስንት ብርቃማ ዜጎቿን መስዋእት አድርጋለች? በእኔ ጥናት፤ ምርምርና ግምገማ፤ የኢትዮጵያ ምሁራን፤ የፖለቲካ ልሂቃንና ሌሎች አካላት “እኛ ብሄር፤ ብሄረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች” የሚለውን ሕገ መንግሥት፤ የከፋፍለህ ግዛውና ብላውን የአስተዳድር መዋቅር በአስቸኳይ ለመቀየር ካልደፈሩ፤ ህወሓትም ቢወገድ እንኳን የተተትኪነት ባህሪው አይቀየረም። “እኛ ኢትዮጵያዊያን” ብለን እያንዳንዱ ኢትዮጵያዊ መብቱ/መብቷ የሚከበርባትን ኢትዮጵያን የመመስረት ግዴታ አለብን። እኔ ራሴን የምጠይቀው፤ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ መቸ ይሆን፤ እፎይ ብሎ፤ አብሮነትን ሙሉ በሙሉ ተቀብሎ፤ በሰላም ወጥቶ፤ በሰላም ገብቶ፤ መብቱና ደህንነቱ ተከብሮ፤ በየትኛውም የኢትዮጵያ ክፍል በዜግነቱ መብት ተማምኖ፤ ሰርቶ ወዘተ ለመኖር የሚችለው? የሚለውን ጥያቄ ለመመለስ እሞክራለህ። ይህንን ጥያቄ በአግባቡ ለመመለስ […]
