by Chris Loh At the end of 2021, about one month ago, Ethiopian Airlines revealed that it was planning to bring the Boeing 737 MAX back into service in February 2022. The day appears to be fast approaching, as the airline took to Twitter on January 23rd to announce that it was “only a few days away” from returning the MAX back to the skies.  Ethiopia’s parliament, the House of People’s Representatives, approved the proposed additional budget of 122 billion birr. The additional budget is aimed at enhancing national security, humanitarian efforts, rehabilitation for people affected by the ongoing conflict, as well as other important government tasks, it has been learned. Out of the 122 billion birr, 90 billion is for the Ministry of Defence, 8 billion birr as backup, 7 billion birr for bringing capital projects to completion, and 9 billion birr to compensate for tax shortages. The need for an additional budget has been necessitated mainly due to the strain caused by the war in northern Ethiopia.  ዋዜማ ራዲዮ- መንግስታዊው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በሶስት አመት ጊዜ ውስጥ ለሶስተኛ ጊዜ የምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቶችና ዳይሬክተሮች ምደባ ሊያደርግ እየተዘጋጀ መሆኑን ዋዜማ ራዲዮ ከባንኩ ምንጮች ሰምታለች። የአመራሮቹ ምደባ የሚካሄደው ባንኩ ባካሄደው አዲስ የመዋቅር ጥናት መሰረት ሲሆን መሰረቱን አሜሪካ ባደረገው መካንዚ(McKinsey) በተባለው የስራ አመራር አማካሪ ድርጅት የተጠናው አዲሱ መዋቅር በባንኩ የስራ አመራር ቦርድ ጸድቆ የትግበራ ደረጃ ላይ መድረሱን ሰምተናል። “የሚተገበረው መዋቅር አላማው ባንኩን ማዘመን ነው” በሚል የነገሩን አንድ የንግድ ባንኩ የስራ ሀላፊ ተግባራዊ ሲደረግ የሚታጠፉ እና የሚጨመሩ የስራና የሀላፊነት ቦታዎች እንደሚኖሩም ይናገራሉ። በምክትል ፕሬዝዳንትና በዳይሬክተር ቦታዎች ላይ እንደ አዲስ የሚፈጠሩ እና የሚታጠፉ ምደባዎች ስለሚኖሩ የአመራሮች ቀጥር ላይ ይሄ ነው የሚባል ለውጥ እንደማያመጣ ነገር ግን ለባንኩ ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቶች እና ዳይሬክተሮች እንደ አዲስ ምደባ እንደሚደረግ ከምንጫችን ሰምተናል። የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ 18 ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቶች ያሉት ሲሆን አቶ ባጫ ጊና ባንኩን በመሩበት ጊዜ ከነበሩት የ24 የምክትል ፕሬዝዳንትነት ቦታዎች አቶ አቤ ሳኖ ፕሬዝዳንትነቱን ሲረከቡ ስድስት ቦታዎችን ቀንሰው አሁን የ18 የምክትል ፕሬዝዳንትነት ቦታዎች አሉት። የ30 ዲስትሪክቶችን ጨምሮም ወደ 90 የሚደርሱ ዳይሬክተሮችም የተካተቱበት አደረጃጀት አለው ። የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ይህንን መዋቅር ለተወዳዳሪነትና ለበለጠ ውጤታማነት ከሚወስዳቸው እርምጃዎች አንዱ ነው ተብሏል። ባንኩ ላለፉት ሶስት አመታት ሁለት ገጽታዎች ነበሩት። በ2012 አ.ም አጋማሽ አካባቢ አቶ አቢ ሳኖ የባንኩን ፕሬዝዳንትነት ከአቶ ባጫ ጊና ከመረከባቸው በፊት ንግድ ባንኩ የትርፍ ማሽቆልቆልና የከፋ አስተዳደራዊ ችግሮች ገጥመውት ነበር። የ2012 አ.ም የባንኩ ትርፍ 14 ቢሊየን ብር ሲሆን ይህም በባንኩ ታሪክ ብዙም ታይቶ በማይታወቅ ሁኔታ ከቀደመው አመት አንጻር የ1.4 ቢሊየን ብር ቅናሽ ያሳይ ነበር። በዚያው 2012 አ.ም ባንኩ ያሰባሰበው ተቀማጭ ከ2011 አ.ም ከ30 ቢሊየን ብር በላይ ቀንሶ ወደ 54 ቢሊየን ብር ዝቅ ብሎ ተመዝግቧል። የባንኩ ወጪ ከገቢው በልጦ ባልተመለሱ ብድሮች ችግር ውስጥ ነበር። ከአቶ ባጫ መነሳት በኋላ በነበረው ቦርድና የአቶ አቤ ሳኖ ፕሬዝዳንትነት ወቅት የአሰራር ማሻሻያዎችን በማድረግ ባንኩ ከገባበት አደጋ መውጣት እንደቻለ የባንኩ ሐላፊዎች ያስረዳሉ። የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ የ2013 አ.ም ትርፍ ከ20 ቢሊየን ብር በላይ ሲሆን ባንኩ በዚያው አመት ከ140 ቢሊየን ብር በላይ ተቀማጭ በማሰባሰብ አጠቃላይ ተቀማጩን 735 ቢሊየን ብር አድርሷል። ያለፈው አመት ትርፉም በባንኩ ታሪክ ከፍተኛ መሆኑ ተነግሮለታል። [ዋዜማ ራዲዮ] The post የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በሶስት አመት ውስጥ ለሶስተኛ ጊዜ ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቶችና ዳይሬክተሮች ምደባ ሊያደርግ ነው appeared first on Wazemaradio.
