Fed. Court grants bail to former NISS deputy and anti-terrorism task force chief

Judges at the Federal High Court, Lideta Division 1st Corruption Crimes bench have today granted a bail 30, 000 birr each for 22 defendants charged under the file name of the Getachew Assefa, the former Director General of National Intelligence and Security Service(NISS). የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎችን በጊዜያዊነት የሚያስተዳድረው ቦርድ ተበተነ

ዋዜማ ራዲዮ- የህወሓት ንብረት የሆኑንት የኤፈርት የንግድ ኩባንያዎች የሰሜኑን ጦርነት ተከትሎ የባንክ ሂሳባቸው ታግዶ መንግስት በሰየመው ቦርድ ሲመሩ የቆዩ ሲሆን በቅርቡ ግን ስባት አባላት ያለው ቦርድ ስራውን በፈቃዱ ለቆ ተበትኗል።

ከአንድ አመት በፊት በሰሜኑ የኢትዮጵያ ክፍል የትግራይ ክልልን በሚያስተዳድረው ህዝባዊ ወያኔ ሓርነት ትግራይ (ህወሓት) እና የፌዴራል መንግስት መካከል ጦርነት ከተቀሰቀሰ በኋላ ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግ (የአሁኑ ፍትህ ሚኒስቴር) 38 የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎች የባንክ ሂሳብ እንዲታገድ ማድረጉ የሚታወስ ነው።

ኩባንያዎቹ ከህወሓት ጋር ያላቸውን የወንጀል ግንኙነት ከመመርመር ጎን ለጎንም ጉዳዩ እልባት እስኪያገኝም 38ቱ የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎች በሰባት አባላት የሚመራ ቦርድ ተቋቁሞ እንዲተዳደሩ ተደርጎ ቆይቷል።

የፌዴራል መንግስት ትግራይን ተቆጣጥሮ በቆየበትና ባለፈው አመት ሰኔ ወር ላይ ትግራይን ለቆ ከወጣ በኋላም ሆነ እስከ ቅርብ ጊዜ ድረስ የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎች ሲተዳደሩ የቆዩት በጸጋዩ በርሄ(ዶ/ር) ሰብሳቢነት በሚመራው ቦርድ ነበር።

ሆኖም ከአንድ ወር በፊት የቦርዱ አባላት መልቀቂያ በማስገባት ከኩባንያዎቹ አስተዳዳሪት መነሳታቸውን ዋዜማ ራዲዮ ሰምታለች። የቦርዱ አባላት ከሐላፊነታቸው ለመነሳት መልቀቂያ ያስገቡበትን ምክንያት ለማወቅ ያደረግነው ጥረት ግን አልተሳካም። የቦርዱ አባላት ከለቀቁም በኋላ ኩባንያዎቹ እየተመሩ ያሉት በራሳቸው ስራ አስኪያጆች ነው።

ሆኖም የፍትህ ሚኒስቴር የኤፈርት ድርጅቶች ጉዳይ ከዳር እስኪደርስ የሚያስተዳድራቸው አካል እንዲሾም ለፍርድ ቤት ባቀረበው አቤቱታ መሰረት ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ የማስተዳደሩን ስራ እንዲረከብ ትእዛዝ እንደተሰጠው ዋዜማ ራዲዮ ሰምታለች።

በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ የበላይነት የሚመራው ኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ የሐብት ንብረት ማስተዳደር ስራዎችን በማከናወን ይታወቃል። የኤፈርት ድርጅቶችን ለኮሜርሻል ኖሚኒስ የማረካከቡ ስራ በመጪዎቹ ሳምንታት እንደሚከናወን ተረድተናል።

በወቅቱ 38ቱ የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎች ሂሳብ ከመታገዱም ባለፈ ከኩባንያዎቱ መካከል የመስፍን ኢንዱስትሪያል ኢንጂነሪንግ ፣የሱር ኮንስትራክሽን እና ሌሎች ኩባንያ አመራሮች ጥቅምት 24 ቀን 3013 አ.ም የመከላከያ ሰራዊት የሰሜን ዕዝ በህወሓት ጦር ጥቃት ሲደርስበትም ሆነ ከዚያ በኋላ በነበረው ጦርነትም ለህወሓት ቀጥተኛ ድጋፍ አድርገዋል በሚል ወንጀል እንዲከሰሱ ተደርጓል።

የኤፈርት ኩባንያዎች ህወሓት መራሹ ኢህአዴግ ኢትዮጵያን ባስተዳደረባቸው አመታት ግዙፍ የኢኮኖሚ ክንፍ እንደነበሩና ያልተገባ ትርፍ እንዲያገኙ የፖለቲካ ድጋፍ እንደነበራቸው ክስ ይቀርብባቸዋል።።

መስፍን ኢንዱስትሪያ ኢንጂነሪን ፣ ሱር ኮንስትራክሽን ፣ሳባ እምነበረድ ፣ ኢዛና ማእድን ልማት ፣ ሜጋ ማተሚያ ፣ ህይወት እርሻ ሜካናይዜሽን እና ደደቢት ብድርና ቁጠባ በሰፊው ከሚታወቁት የኤፈርት ድርጅቶች ውስጥ ይገኛሉ። [ዋዜማ ራዲዮ]
