 Flinstone Engineering and Homes head Tsedeke Yihune- FILE ዋዜማ- የመኖርያ ቤቶችን ሰርቶ ለመሸጥ የተቋቋመው ፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር ፣ ቤት ለመግዛት ከተመዘገቡ ግለሰቦች ጋር በገባው ውዝግብ ሳቢያ በቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ያለው የአደይ በሻሌ ሳይት ላይ ያሉ ጅምር ግንባታ ቤቶች በፍርድ ቤት ታገዱ። ዋዜማ እንደተመለከተችው የአደይ በሻሌ ሳይት ላይ “ፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር በ26 ወራት (በሁለት አመት ከሁለት ወር) ቤት ሰርቼ አስረክባቹሀለሁ ብሎን በሰባት አመትም አላስረከበንም” ያሉ በእነ ሚሊዮን ግርማ ከሳሽነት የተካተቱ 213 ግለሰቦች ፣ በፌዴራል የመጀመርያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት ንግድ እና ኢንቨስትመንት ምድብ ችሎት ያቀረቡትን ክስ ተከትሎ ነው እግዱ የተላለፈው። ከሳሾቹም አክስዮን ማህበሩ በውሉ መሰረት መሰረት ግዴታውን አልፈጸመም ፣ ስለዚህ በውላችን መሰረት ቤታችንን ሰርቶ ያስረክበን የሚል አቤቱታን ነው ያቀረቡት። ጉዳዩ በፍርድ ቤት ውሳኔ እልባት እስኪያገኝ ድረስም ከሳሾች በቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ያለው የፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር የአደይ በሻሌ ሳይት እግድ እንዲወጣበት ጠይቀዋል። የፌዴራል የመጀመርያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት የንግድ እና ኢንቨስትመንት ምድብ ችሎትም በ28/04/2015 አ.ም በዋለው ችሎት እግዱን አስተላልፏል። በዚህም በቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 10 የቤት ቁጥር አዲስ የሆኑ ፣ በካርታ ቁጥር ቦሌ -10 /69/1/6/4319/100 የተመዘገቡ ጅምር የመኖርያ ቤቶች እንዳይሸጡ ፣ እንዳይለወጡ ፣ በማንኛውም ሁኔታ ወደ 3ኛ ሰው ሳይዞሩ ታገደው ባሉበት ሁኔታ እንዲቆዩ አዟል። ተከሳሽ ፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር እግዱ ተገቢ አይደለም ወይንም ይነሳልኝ ካለ በጽሁፍ ከሚያስገባው ምላሽ ጋር እንዲያቀርብ የተገለጸ ሲሆን ክስ ለመስማት ለ23/05/2015 አ.ም ቀጠሮ ተሰጥቷል። ዋዜማ እንዳጣራችው ከሆነ ፍርድ ቤት ያገደው የአደይ በሻሌ የፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር ሳይት ያላለቁ ባለ 12 ፎቅ አምስት ህንጻዎች ናቸው ። ዋዜማ ባደረገችው ሌላ ማጣራትም ፍሊንት ስቶን አክስዮን ማህበር ቤት አጠናቆ ከማስረከብ ጋር በተያያዘ በሌሎች ሳይቶችም ከገዥዎች ጋር ውዝግብ ውስጥ የገባ ሲሆን ፣ ተጨማሪ ሶስት ሳይቶች ላይ ያሉ ገዥዎች ወደ ህግ ለማምራት ሂደት ላይ መሆናቸውን ተገንዝበናል። ጉዳዩን በተመለከተ ምላሽ እንዲሰጡ የፍሊንት ስቶንስ ስራ አሰኪያጅ አቶ ፀደቀ ይሁኔንና ድርጅታቸውን ብንጠይቅም እስካሁን ምላሻቸውን ማግኘት አልቻልንም። [ዋዜማ] The post ፍሊንት ስቶን ከደንበኞቹ በቀረበበት ክስ እግድ ገጠመው first appeared on Wazemaradio.
