Particularly, Demera was celebrated … Ethiopian Christians Celebrating Meskel festival Read More » […] Ethiopian -FILE ዋዜማ- መንግስት ለዜጎች በውጪ ሀገር የስራ ፈጠራ ዕድልን ለማመቻቸት እያደረገ ባለው ሙከራ የተወሰኑ ነርሶችንና የተሽከርካሪ መካኒኮች ወደ ተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬትስና ኔዘርላንድ መላካቸውን ዋዜማ ከስራ ክሕሎት ሚኒስቴር ሀላፊዎች ስምታለች። ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር አብይ አህመድ በ2011 ዓ.ም በተለያዩ የሙያ መስኮች የሰለጠኑ ባሙያዎችን ወደ መካከለኛው ምስራቅና አውሮፓ ለመላክ ከተለያዩ አገራት ጋር የሁለትዮሽ ስምምት እየተደረገ መሆኑን በፓርለማው ተናግረው ነበር፡፡ ይህን ተከትሎም ከ50 ሺ በላይ ለሚሆኑ ኢትዮጵያውያን በተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬት የሥራ እድል መፈጠሩ ተገልጾ ነበር፡፡ የስራ ስምሪቱን በበላይነት የሚመራው የስራና ክህሎት ሚንስቴር ኢትዮጵያ የሰለጠኑ ባለሙያዎችን ወደ ውጭ አገራት ለመላክ በሚያስችል መልኩ የውጭ አገር ስራ ስምሪት ላይ ብቻ እንዲሰሩ የተመረጡና በሁሉም ክልሎች የሚገኙ ወደ 70 የሚደርሱ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋማት ተመርጠው የማስልጠን፣ የማብቃትና የመፈተን ስራ እንዲሰሩ እየተደረገ መሆኑ ተገልጿል፡፡ የስራና ክህሎት ሚንስትር ዴኤታ አቶ አሰግድ ጌታቸው ለዋዜማ እንደተናገሩት በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ የተሸለ ስራ ይገኝበታል የተባለ የውጭ አገር የስራ ስምሪት ዝግጅት በሰፊው እየተሰራ ነው፡፡ በዚህም በቅርቡ በአዲስ አበባ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም ለአንድ አመት ስልጠና ወስደው ወደ ኔዘርላንድ (ሆላንድ) የተላኩ 150 የተሽከርካሪ መካኒኮች በማየት ተመሳሳይ አይነት ጥያቄ እና ፍላጎት መኖሩን ተናግረዋል፡፡ በሌላ በኩል በነርሲንግ ሙያ የሰለጡኑ ከ30 በላይ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ወደ ተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬትስና ሳውዲ አረቢያ መላካቸውን ገልጸዋል፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ የስራ ቀጣሪ አገራት መልማዮች ወደ ኢትዮጵያ መጥተው የሚፈትኗቸው ባለሙያዎች መመዘኛውን ያለማሟላት ክፍተት እየታየ ስለመሆኑ አስረድተዋል ፡፡ ይህን የአቅም ውስንነት ችግር ለመፍታት ወደ 1,500 የሚሆኑ ነርሶች ተመልምለው የማሰልጠን ስራ እየተሰራ መሆኑንና በቀጣይ እነዚህ ባለሙያዎች እየተፈተኑና ብቃታቸው እየታየ ወደ ፈላጊ አገራት የሚላኩ መሆኑን ሚንስትር ዴኤታው ገልጸዋል፡፡ በተመሳሳይ በሌሎች የሙያ መስኮች ለአብነትም በጀርመን አገር በተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ የትምህርት ዘርፍ የተመረቁ በተለይም በኤሌክትሪካል ፣ ሲቨል ምህንድስና እና መንገድ ኢንጂነሪንግ ዘርፎች የተመረቁ ባለሙያዎችን እንደሚፈለጉ የገለጹ ሲሆን ነገር ግን በዚህ ሙያ ለመመልመል የጀርመንኛ ቋንቋን ማውቅ ስለሚጠይቅ የተወሰኑ ወጣቶች ተመልምለው አዲስ አበባ የጀርመንኛ ቋንቋ እንዲማሩ እየተደረገ መሆንና ትምህርቱን ሲጨርሱ ቋንቋውን ተፈትነው ወደ ስምሪት እንደሚላኩ ተናግረዋል፡፡ አቶ አሰግድ አክለው እንደገለጹት በጣሊየን አገር በተመሳሳይ አሽከርካሪዎች ተጠይቆ የነበረ ቢሆንም የአገሪቱን ቋንቋና የአገሪቱን የአሽከርካሪነት መስፈርት ማወቅ ስለሚያስፈልግ ወጣቶቹ ተመሳሰይ ስልጣና ወስደውና ተፈትነው እንደሚላኩ ገልጸዋል፡፡ የአሽከርካሪነት ሙያተኞችን አብቅቶ ለመላክ እንዲረዳ አቃቂ ቃሊቲ የሚገኘው የአሽከርካሪዎች ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም ከስራና ክህሎት ሚንስቴር ጋር በመተባበር የስልጠና ማዕኩለን በማዘመን የሰራተኛ ፍላጎት ባላቸው አገራት መስፈርት መሰረት ብቁ የሆኑ ስልጣኞቸን ለማፍራት እየሰራ ስለመሆኑ አብራርተዋል፡፡ በተለያዩ አገራት በርካታ ቁጥር ያላቸው ሾፌሮች፣ የብየዳ ሰራተኞች ፣ የቀለም ቅብ ሰራኞች ፣ የኮንስትራክሽን እና በእርሻ ቦታ የአትክልትና ፍራፍሬ ለቀማ/ ሰብሳቢነት ባለሙያ እንደሚፈለጉ የገለጹ ሲሆን ለአብነት በእርሻ ላይ የአትክልትና ፍራፍሬ ለቃሚና ሰብሳቢ ባለሙያዎች በጣሊያን አገር ጥያቄ መቅረቡን ገልጸዋል፡፡ ወደ ውጭ አገር ሄደው ወደ ስራ የሚሰማሩ ዜጎች ሊሰማሩባቸው የሚችሉትን ሙያዎችን በመለየት እና ስራ ፈላጊዎችን ብቁ በማድረግ በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች ባሉ የማስልጣኛ ተቋማት ምን አይነት ስልጠና እና ቴክኖሎጂ መጠቀም እንደላባቸው ተለይቶ በየተቋማቱ የሚያስፈልገውን መሳሪያ እየተሟላ መሆኑንና አስረድተዋል፡፡ በውጭ አገራት ያለው ባሙያዎችን የመፈለግ አዝማሚያ ከፍተኛ በመሆኑ በቀጣይ ሁለት አመታት ትልቅ ስራ እንደሚሰራ የገለጹት አቶ አሰግድ ከአንግዲህ የቤት ሰራኞችም ቢሆኑ ስልጠና ሳይወስዱ እንዳይሄዱ እየተደረገ መሆን ገልጸዋል፡፡ በኢትዮጵያ በየአመቱ በመንግስትና የግል ዩንቨርሰቲ ኮሌጆች በመቶ ሽዎች እየተመረቁ ቢወጡም የስራ ማግኘቱ ጉዳይ እጅግ ተስፋ አስቆራጭ የሚባል እንደሆነ ስራ ፈላጊዎች ይናገራሉ። [ዋዜማ] The post መንግስት ነርሶች ሾፌርና ሌሎች ባለሙያዎችን ወደ ውጪ ለመላክ አቅዷል፣ የመጀመሪያዎቹ ባለሙያዎች ተሸኝተዋል appeared first on Wazemaradio.
