ZeHabesha Latest Ethiopian News Provider

ZeHabesha Latest Ethiopian News Provider

Asmelash Yohannes Teklu (Mekelle University School of Law, PhD, Associate Professor of Law) The simmering tension between the regional government of Tigray (Mekelle herein after) and the federal government (Arat Kilo herein after) would reach its climax if Tigray proceeds with its threat to hold a regional election. The sense of insecurity and the fear of heading into the unknown are terrifying most scholars I know of. You don’t find that sense of insecurity in social media posts as it is being discussed privately in coffee and liquor bars. Why privately? The answer is quite simple. Apart from those who

ZeHabesha Latest Ethiopian News Provider

vol. 6, issue 6 – march 2013 ByANDREW CARLSON A rendering of the Grand Renaissance Dam under construction in Ethiopia on the Blue Nile. Its completion is expected to profoundly change the allocation of water resources in Africa. Editor’s Note: Egypt and Sudan are utterly dependent on the waters of the Nile River. Over the past century both of these desert countries have built several dams and reservoirs, hoping to limit the ravages of droughts and floods which have so defined their histories. Now Ethiopia, one of eight upriver states and the source of most of the Nile waters, is
